| Description | Hi, We have a couple of users that showed interest in running megacc on the cluster. It appear that megacc try to create a Gui even when no display is available and even simple things like asking for megacc -h fail "(megacc:16146): Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display". We did not find any informations on running megacc on a hpc environment without display | ||||||||

Hi Matthias, I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the megacc software. To resolve the issue you encountered, you can download an updated build of megacc using the link below: http://www.megasoftware.net/releases/megacc [^] This is just the binary executable (no installer) so you should just move it to /usr/lib/megax/ to replace the megacc file there (or just uninstall megax and put the megacc file in the path - maybe /usr/local/bin).
