| Summary | 0001247: error-list index (-1) of bounds |
| Description | Recently, i conducted NJ and ML tree in ubantu,when i click the button "construct/Test Neighbor-Joining Tree", these words "an error occrred when setting up the options dialog: List index (-1) out of bouds" existed. i try many methods, including re-install,changing the MSA files format, all these didnot work. sorry to trouble you,reply me when you see this message. thank you very much. |
