Summary | 0001380: Export to Newick wrong decimals |
Description | When exporting a tree to Newick format, the decimals are exported as comma's instead of decimal points. As a result, this Newick file is corrupt and cannot be used in e.g. ITOL.
Also, in MEGA7, a tree image could be exported in EMF format, which is editable in e.g. powerpoint, but that option is no longer available in MEGA X.
In short, it is very hard in MEGAX to edit the trees in other programs.
