Hi Maryanna, I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. In the tree you have, there are many branches with zero-length branches so when the tree is viewed at scale, those branches are collapsed. When you view as topology only, those branches are then expanded, regardless of their length. -- Best regards, Glen Stecher |
