| Summary | 0001671: the software suddenly crashes at sequence alignment editor. | ||||||||||||
| Description | I'm using mega x (10.1.6). when I import the sequences (in alignment editor) and perform certain tasks like caring out alignment using muscle or renaming the sequences, the software suddenly crashes for no reason. this issue is persistent only in the 'sequence alignment editor' part, I'm not sure about other parts of the software. Please fix this issue. This is really hindering with my project work. | ||||||||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Open the software, Click align>create new alignment>protein>(and then add a few sequences using edit>add new sequence files). after that if i do a operation like, changing the name of each sequence by double clicking the sequence name, the software crashes after editing few sequences. | ||||||||||||
