| Description | Hi, When running mega it seems to be only using one core on my mac, is there a way to push it to multiple cores as I have 8? This would speed up the analysis significantly. Cheers Sofie | ||||||||

Hi Sofie, I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. MEGA can use multiple cores to speedup only some of the analyses available (specifically the Maximum Likelihood based tools).
