Summary | 0001779: Cluster of identical sequences has one different sequence in phylogenetic tree |
Description | In the phylogenetic tree, a sequence is being inserted in a clone of identical sequences. This sequence is one nucleotide different from this clone.
The program does see this difference, as it shows a tiny branch sticking out to this sequence. However, somehow the program decides to let it sit within this cluster, instead of move it to the edge of the cluster. The branch doesn't allow me to rotate it, so I could not manually push this sequence out of this cluster. |
