| Description | I had finish the alignment using mafft. I would like to plot phenology tree using megacc. As the file is extremely large, i try to use cluster resources to do it. the Following is my command. /home/XXXXX/Software/MEGACC/megacc -a /home/XXXXX/WARS_mafft_data/infer_ML_nucleotide_wars.mao -d /home/XXXXX/WARS_mafft_data/6_wars_plus_other_output.fasta -o 6_wars_plus_other_output.meg I set thread to 96(for 48 cores), but the program only able to use one core. How can i use all core? | ||||||||

Hi Sam, I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. MEGA is not programmed for use on computing clusters.
