| Summary | 0001812: MEGAX Bug with codon alignment |
| Description | Running MEGAX 10.1.7 under Mac OS 10.14.6. Testing the Clustal and MUSCLE alignment algorithms with the codon alignment option. The window to specify which codon translation model to use is hidden behind the main alignment explorer window. Have to move the AE window to proceed. Proceeding with real data (not the Drosohila ADH data, which is already essentially aligned) gives a fatal error that causes MEGAX to close. This does not happen with the standard Clustal or MUSCLE alignments. |
