0001873: Export file from .meg not working

Description

I have updated MEGA 7 to MEGAX recently. Yet, with MEGAX when trying to export a sequence alignment data analysis to excel it does not save or open file. It is independent of type of file requested (mega, xls, csv, etc). The bar does not move (see image attached) and program crashes. I have uninstalled and installed again and same happens.
