I do not think that it is a real bug, since this part has not been changed after MEGA2. Example data is needed. |

I can reproduce this error with data from another bug. It will seemingly hang on \"Searching initial trees\" forever. |

Most likely the user has a large data file. Even in the current version MEGA can show no progress for a very long time searching for initial trees on large files. |
