| Description | Hello, I hope you are safe and well. I wanted to know how can I open alignment results that I obtain in my local computer using the blast command line. There are many options to format the output and I do not know which one can be properly read by Megax https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK279684/ [^] Once I get the alignment results file, how should I open it with Megax?
