Summary0000294: Multithreading memory leak
DescriptionI sent in a bug report yesterday. This is an update. There is a serious memory leak that occurs when generating trees using more than 1 core. The leak is worse if more cores are used. For example, I ran a Maximum Likelihood tree with 1000 bootstraps, on 12 cores, and it got to bootstrap 580 before filling up all my RAM and crashing. When I tried the same tree with 20 cores, it only got to around 300 bootstraps. The problem occurred on both Windows and Linux, and in both the GUI and command line.

Probably related to all of the other MP bugs that Koichiro addressed
