0003169: Tree Bug

Description

I tried to construct a Maximum Likelihood Tree using Mega11 and everything was ok until I tried to reopen the saved mtsx file (45 genomes of about 200.000bp each; Bootstrap 1000 ; GTR model G+I ; complete deletion)
I tried to open the file using Mega 11, Mega X and Mega 6 AND none was capable of open the file.
I tried to open it using an online converter. I saved as nwk tree and then it opened, but without the correct node names and bootstrap values. Taking a more cautious look I noticed that mtsx file has only 2 kb! It probably didn't save the complete tree session
I also would like to inform you that Mega 6 is not working correctly, the ML tree goes until 100% but a bug occur in the end and it is not possible to save the file.

Steps To Reproduce

File> Open file/ session

or

User Tree > Open Tree session

or

Phylogeny > Open Tree session

None of them worked!!!!!!
