| Summary | 0003362: Maximum likelihood method with bootstrap |
| Description | I aligned segments from 106 viral strains with MUSCLE and wanted to generate a tree with the maximum likelihood method with bootstrap (500 replicates). Problem is that the program crashes somewhere after 100 replicates (four times so far). It does not freeze but rather just quits and I have to launch the program again from the beginning. |
