Summary | 0003375: Bootstrap consensus tree does not actually collapse branches unless manual settings are changed in tools menu |
Description | When a tree has been generated and you click on 'bootstrap consensus tree', the resulting tree does in fact NOT collapse any branches, although the caption states that "Branches corresponding to partitions reproduced in less than 50% bootstrap replicates are collapsed."
I suspect this is an issue with the caption, because when you click on the tools menu, manually apply a cutoff value, then the resulting new tree visualisation does employ that chosen new cutoff. |
Steps To Reproduce | construct phylogeny
click on bootstrap consensus tree
verify that caption incorrectly states that branches are collapsed (they are not!) |
