Dear Taka,
Have you ever been able to see the Distance Matrix Explorer before on your mac? It could be that the distance explorer opened behind the main mega window. If you hover over the icon for the distance matrix explorer and then click on the thumbnail image which pops up this should bring the window to the front of the screen.
Another possibility is if you normally have your laptop plugged into an external monitor, and you are using MEGA when you aren’t connected to that monitor the window may be showing up off the edge of your laptop screen. MEGA tries to remember where you positioned windows last, so if you last have it off the edge of the screen there is a chance that it may show up off the edge of the screen. Try plugging in your external monitor and trying again.
Unfortunately it’s difficult to offer more specific advice than what I gave you in this email without being able to reproduce the problem. We are aware that for some mac users MEGA can have some graphical issues (not calculation, strictly visual display), and we are working towards a solution to fix this. The solution though is at least a few months out, but I figured I would mention it.
