| Description | I do not know whether anyone can give me suggestion about how to select model in the molecular clock test (ML) of MegaX? Using the mtCDNA(looks like belongs to Primates) in your example files, null hypothesis of equal evolutionary rate throughout the tree was rejected under JC+I model, also under best model GTR+G selected by Mega. But I found it was not rejected under Tamura-Nei (1993) model. I do not know how to understand such result. Can you give me some suggestion? | ||||||||||||
