0000375: Problem for installing MEGA 7 in windows 10

Dear Developer,

Recently I downloaded MEGA 7. When I try to install this MEGA7 into it, it is saying "Internal error: cannot expand pf64 on this version of windows. For your kind information, I am using windows 10. How can I now install this version? Please help me in this reagard.

It sounds like you have a 32-bit operating system but MEGA7 is only for 64-bit systems.
