Summary0004004: Software Analysis Question
DescriptionHi,

I'm trying to publish a phylogenetic tree that I constructed using MEGA X software with Maximum Likelihood and the Tamura-Nei model. The reviewer wants to know if I included invariant sites or gamma rate changes. I can't tell how I would know that. Can you tell me if MEGA X would have used those with Maximum likelihood and the Tamura-Nei model?

Thank you!
