| Description | I want to ask you about calculations method (Poisson model) of compute pairwise distances in MEGA7. I used the Poisson model in my study, but I didn't understand how to calculate this model. In addition, I read this a thesis (Evolutionary divergence and convergence in protein,1995 Zuckerkadl E. and PaulingL). But I didn't understand about this thesis. So could you explain about this Poisson model simply? I'm looking forward to hearing from you. thank you.
