| Description | Dear MEGA Team, MEGA seems like exactly what I need, the only issue for me seems to be that when looking at an alignment of about 100 sequences of about 120 residues, the GUI is extremely slow. I am trying to run the software on macOS Catalina. I have read in the "Known Issues" section that this is the case for the M1-based machine, but mine is running Intel Core iCore 5. Could this be the same issue as with M1 or is 100 sequences just too many? Please let me know! Best, Oleh | ||||||||||||
