| Description | I am trying to compute pairwise distance for a set of sequences but whenever i do so I observed that the topmost sequence in the result table shows no scoring at all though i checked several times but still unable to resolved. Hi Fozia, I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. In a pairwise distance matrix, distances for the first sequence in the results matrix are given in the first column.
