0000043: MEGACC Access Violation

Description

When running megacc (v. 7) on Mac in an attemp to do between-group distance calculations with a .meg file (containing several domains and 2 groups), I run:

megacc -a distance_estimation_between_grp_avg_coding.mao -d SHFVkrc1_RC05_RC56_annot.meg

I get the following error:

MEGA-CC 7.0.15 Molecular Evolutionary Genetics Analysis
...
0% Setting up genes/domains information MEGA-CC has logged the following error:
...
Message = Access violation

What might I be doing wrong? Thanks!
