 I am unable to reproduce this bug in any version of MEGA. My guess is that it\'s an issue with the user\'s particular computer.

 Hi Becca,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. To export ancestral sequences from the Tree Explorer window, first click Ancestors -> Show All. Then click Ancestors -> Export Most Probable Sequences.
