0004708: cannot download standalone executable for rpm

Description

When downloading the mega cc rpm, a message says the standalone executable must also be downloaded. However, the link is dead and also seems to point to an amd64 tar.gz, rather than an x86_64 tar.gz. How do I obtain the standalone executable required?

I work at a supercomputing center and am making this request on behalf of a researcher.
