| Summary | 0004744: Error in Alignment explorer | ||||||||||||
| Description | I get an error response from the software (version 7.0) when trying to go to "add unmasked sequence to alignment explorer". I never get the nucleotic sequence but just the image that I attach as a file. I´ve alredy installed the software again the three times but the error always ocurre, being impossible to solve DNA sequences. I would like to know if you could bring me a solutions. | Steps To Reproduce | Open a "ab.1" file, I "clean" the signals upstream and downstrem from the electropherogram file and click on the button "add unmasked sequence to alignment explorer". | ||||||||||||
