| Description | I'm getting trying to align around 10 FASTA gene sequences using the MUSCLE function but keep getting the error: Application error finalizing MUSCLE alignment: Unable to open file "C:\Users\<ME>\AppD...\MuscleResultForSelectedData24572.fas"
I have redownloaded MEGA (updated to MEGA11) and tried to redo the sequence alignment three times, each time it changes the number at the end. I am able to dig into my files and find the file it wants. I open it with MEGA again but it unaligned and slightly changed then I am no longer able to find the file in the Private>MUSCLE folder |
