Hi Angeles,

I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. Unfortunately, MEGA is a native Windows application and does not always run optimally on Mac OS X because it is using Wineskin as a compatibility layer. For users that experience problems with the Mac version of MEGA, we recommend downloading the Windows version of MEGA and running it using virtualization software such as VMWare fusion.
