| Description | Unable to export distance matrix in any format (approximately 15,000 x 15,000. Software generates an out-of-memory error, but that seems difficult to understand as the machine is a Mac Pro with 32 Gb memory and MEGA is only using 1.5 Gb based on output of Activity Monitor. Is there a way to modify the software or is this a 32 bit implementation? | ||||||||

Hi George, I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. Yeah, the Mac version is 32-bit version because it is dependent on Wineskin which is limited to 32-bits.
