Hello Sonal, I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding an error when exporting distance values using the MEGA software. Thanks for the feedback. We will release a new version of MEGA soon which has this bug fixed. In the meantime, the workaround is to run the analysis directly from the main MEGA window. For instance, click Distance->Compute Between Group Mean Distance… Best regards, Glen Stecher |
