| Summary | 0005488: When I try to make a family tree, the program closes directly. |
| Description | I have a file with 169 sequences of a complete gene from different organisms. I have already aligned these sequences using clustal W, and I have calculated the best model to calculate the distances. So, when I want to make the phylogenetic tree, using the previously calculated best-fit model, the program immediately closes. I don't quite understand why, I don't know if it's because there are too many sequences or because maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I was wondering if you could offer me a solution since mega is a very good software. |
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. We obtain a file with all the sequences (169 in total)
2. We align with ClustalW.
3. We calculate the best DNA/Protein model.
4.We calculate the distances.
5. We try to make the phylogenetic tree and the program immediately closes |
