| Description | hi I have a problem with drawing a phylogeny tree. I have project that I have to draw phylogeny trees of some proteins. I DID WELL AT FIRST but then it gave me an error while computing. I will send you the picture of the error. I reinstalled the MEGA but it didn't go well. this error is when I press the COMPUTE button for a phylogeny tree in neighbor joining. | ||||||||

Hi Emad, I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. The issue of 'No Common Sites Found' when using the MEGA software is not a bug with MEGA but rather a limitation with the data and method you are using. Distance calculations, by their definition, require common sites.
