I don't have sudo privileges, can I install and use the GUI version of mega without sudo privileges? Or can you tell me how to use mega7 cc to align chromosomes of animals and make NJ trees?

For the multi-threaded ML analysis, MEGA supports the use of as many processors/cores as the host operating system indicates are available.
