Summary0000628: Publish chromatograms?
DescriptionHello,
I am curious as to how to generate a chromatogram tracing with the highest resolution possible, usable for peer-reviewed publication (ie: load into Adobe Illustrator). I have tried taking screen shots, but the resolution is sub-par. Alternatively, I have tried saving as various file type but again it is sub-par. Is there a standard that Mega recommends? Perhaps you could direct me to the right spot.
Thanks in advance,
Ryan

Hi Ryan,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. To get a higher resolution tree image than the ones that MEGA generates you could try using Dendroscope or TreeFig.
