| Description | Dear MEGA team,
I would like to inquire about the expected release date of the MEGA 12 version for the macOS platform.
The current MEGA 11 version on macOS is performing very poorly—frequently freezing, lagging, and crashing—which makes effective work impossible and causes significant frustration. Due to these persistent issues, I am seriously considering switching to alternative software solutions offered by your competitors.
