0000677: Crash on fresh install

Description

Tried installing Mega-7 GUI version for Windows 64 bit. Install was successful but Mega7.exe would crash everytime on launch. Workstation is running fresh install of Windows 7 Pro-64 bit. Tried installing MEGA-6 GUI which is working so far.
