| Summary | 0006822: unable to create any maximum likelihood trees (even with files that were previously working fine) |
| Description | "Error (exception) in ML search thread: Exception Operation Aborted"
Always appears when trying to bootstrap first replicate. |
| Steps To Reproduce | Tried taking alignment data directly from alignment explorer.
Tried saving data as FASTA and MEG files then loading into maximum likelihood.
Tried loading slightly older FASTA and MEG files I had successfully used to create maximum likelihood trees and got the same error. |
