| Summary | 0000701: CMD version of input file generation and output files |
| Description | Just wanted to point out that the output files e.g from the distance calculations are incredibly cumbersome to parse when your software is used in batch mode as a part of pipeline. I would suggest adding an option that enables user to get a CSV file and save the header to another file in TXT format.
Also, CMD version of the megaproto would be appreciated in the above mentioned situation.
