| Summary | 0000762: not obtaining correct result for selection test example |
| Description | Hi,
I am trying to run the example for "Testing for Selection" under "A Walk Through MEGA" at the online manual.
However, when I follow the instructions exactly using the HLA-3Seq.meg file, I do not obtain a significant result as the tutorial suggests I should. In fact, I obtain Prob = 1.000 and Stat = -0.101. I was wondering if you could help me debug this issue- perhaps I've misunderstood the result or the input parameters?
