Summary | 0000873: Datamonkey causes crash in Linux |
Description | launching Datamonkey analysis for some seq files, causes whole program to crash with out an error message.
Works for: DLoop-vigilant.meg, HLA-3Seq.meg, hsp20.meg,
Crashes for: Crab_rRNA.meg, Drosophilia_Adh.meg, mtCDNA.meg
For files with less than 3 taxa (Contigs.meg) an extra blanks error message 9 ("Oh no an error has occured:" ) pops up after the "Atleast 3 taxa" error has been OKed. Then the (align?) analysis icon remains on the main window. (both Windows and Linux) |
Steps To Reproduce | open data from examples -> Datamonkey -> default parameters + launch Analysis |
