Description

Dear related,

I'm trying to use MEGA 7 software. I built an alignment and i construct phylogenetic tree with UPGMA. I want to see sequence differences with percentage (dice similarity coefficient percentage) but i cant do that. I construct tree with some values but i want to edit difference with percentage. Could you help me about this issue?

It sounds like what you want is to create a distance matrix with p-distance which shows proportion difference between sequences. Then you can convert it to similarity.
