Summary | 0000904: Issue opening distance file with groups |
Description | Hi,
I just spent a couple of hours trying to figure out why one of my files was refusing to open (see original.meg in the attached zip folder). MEGA would complain that I have a duplicate taxa name when as a matter of fact I don't. When I replaced by group {W} with {West}, MEGA happily opened up the file.
I am not sure why having a group name of {W} is an issue.
Thanks,
Lava |
Steps To Reproduce | Try opening the two meg files. Original.meg should produce the error as shown in the attached png. |
