Hi Blake, I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. The 'Phylogenetic Analysis' item in the Alignment Explorer activates the alignment for further analysis. You should be able to go back to the main form and click Data->Explore Active Data to open the Sequence Data Explorer and view the imported alignment. -- Best regards, Glen Stecher Institute for Genomics and Evolutionary Medicine igem.temple.edu |
