Summary0000969: Convert 1000 distance matrix files to pairwise list file
DescriptionHi,
I have calculated about 1000 orthologous genes by MEGA-cc and get the distance matrix files. However, i have no idea how to convert them to the pairwise list in three columns by MEGA-cc in command line. Could you please give me some help? Thanks!

 Hi Li,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. MEGA-CC does not have a utility for converting distance matrix files. To achieve what you indicated in your comment you would need to write a custom script.
