| Summary | 0000982: Error message "list index out of bounds" |
| Description | After loading the data file, I can analyze the data (i.e., ind the best DNA model, or doing a maximum likelihood tree). If I open the alignment and deselect some of the sequences, next time I try to do the same analysis I get the message error "List index (86) out of bounds" (the number depends on the number of sequences selected for the analysis). |
| Steps To Reproduce | Open the supplied data file for analyzing it - click on the data to open the sequence explorer - deselect some sequences and close - open "models"->"find best DNA/protein model" -> left the defaults and click ok -> error message |
