| Summary | 0000368: Help for computer reporting that lack of enough memory. |
| Description | Mega is powerful tool to alignment and built the NJ tree. But I was confused that the computer always reported the error of lacking of enough memory. I found that the computer storage space is not the problem, because my computer has a 12G memory, and in the process of continuous monitoring found that the computer RAM utilization has been below 40%, even when the error reported is not more than 50%. Also I increase the "MAX Memory in MB" in the MEGA muscle-Applink option, but it do not work. |
