Hi Irene,

I am writing in response to the bug report you submitted regarding the MEGA software. The alignment fails with your data file because the MUSCLE program is not able to allocate enough memory (MUSCLE on Windows is a 32-bit application) to complete the analysis. To get around this, you can download and use 64-bit MUSCLE for macOS or Linux. Or you could use something like MAFFT which is designed to align larger data sets.
