0001259: Error Alignment Failed

Description

Hi
I tried to run 134 whole genome DNA sequence (100kbp) alignment using MUSCLE (neighbor-joining). I keep getting this message "Error Alignment failed: Muscle logfile didn't end properly, suggesting an unhandled exception." However, If i tried 12 sequence on the same protein, the program will work fine. Is there any way I can solve this problem. Thank you for your time to read this email.

Unfortunately, MEGA is limited in the amount of data it can perform sequence alignment on.
