0001901: BLAST search bug

(0001659) user19 1969-12-31 17:33	Emailed the user asking for the data file and the parameters he used. Looks like at this point he ran a single test(guessing on that one), which was Best DNA/Protein Models (ML). Then when he closed MEGA it crashed.

(0001664) user19 1969-12-31 17:33	The user emailed me back saying the tests ran just fine and the problem only occurred when he attempted to close MEGA. The problem was in the ClearData routine where we are trying to free FOtuInfos[i].Data. I checked and it is set to nil when it is created, so there should be no problem with this (assuming Data is a simple memory allocation). At this point though it doesn't matter since we are closing MEGA anyway the memory will be dealocated automatically. I just put a try finally which does nothing to hide the error for now.
